Think long and hard before moving to Moscow
From the Baltimore Sun:An article in Friday's editions of The Sun about the lack of hot water in Moscow incorrectly reported the number of years it will take to upgrade the city's water system. The correct amount of time needed to provide hot water year-round is 13 years.
